TFAS actively promotes its members to sponsor worthy and needy projects at/of non-profit organizations in India or in USA. Sponsor(s) should furnish details pertaining to the project and obtain approval from TFAS executive committee prior to raising/donating the required funds. All funds raised and donated for this purpose are tax-exempt.

To sponsor a project download the application form, complete it and mail to Secretary.

It is understood that,

• the sponsor bears all the charges related to the bank wire transfer of funds to the receiving organization
• 1.5% ( 2.5% for non-members) of the total funds donated by life-members shall remain with TFAS, and the funds will be used in supporting TFAS sponsored events/projects.
• the sponsor will assure that the proposed project will be completed as planned, and notify TFAS about any changes in the timelines or the scope of the work.
• the sponsor will obtain and submit quarterly or periodic progress reports, and the final project report along with expense summary from the beneficiary organization within 3 months of the completion of the project.
• the sponsor does not derive ANY personal benefit from this project.

Are you a Vendor?
To showcase products/services during our annual events, please download the application form, complete it and mail to Treasurer.

• Each exhibitor will get two registration passes for the main event and for Dinner/lunch
• Allocation of the tables is on a first come first serve basis.
• TFAS is not responsible for any theft or loss or damage incurred.
• TFAS is not responsible for any type of taxes or permits. Vendor must comply with all NJ laws and regulations for vending.
• Vendor should carry his/her own insurance liability.
• Business hours are from the start of the event registration to the event closing time.
• Vendor agrees not to cause any damage of any sort to the vending area, and agrees to indemnify TFAS for any such damages.

Pelli Pandiri - is a voluntary "Matrimonial Service" offered by TFAS to the Telugu community in USA.
