If you need to make corrections, you need to enter all the informaction once again accurately and resubmit.

  • If you have more than one item, please submit multiple requests by entering different web signup forms, but make sure to restrict all your items not to exceed 9 minutes to give opportunity to more participants.
  • Each singer can participate only in one group. After reviewing all web requests, you will be allotted to a session with a specific time slot.
  • You are requested to report with all your participants, atleast 20 minutes before your group session starts.

We want to make sure that there is no repetition of the songs. We select based on first-come-first-serve with limited time slots. So, please submit your entries as soon as possible to avoid the repetitions, before Sunday Feb 28th , so that we can process them all, schedule and reconfirm back to you by emails.
